Is there a hope for humanity? Yes, it is, but the future will not depend on men. After the Great Tribulation, the period of pain humanity will go through, planetary life will be rebuilt. At the forefront of this restoration movement will be the chosen People and the nations converted to Divine truth. Humanity will become aware that civilization cannot have a definite existence through the action of political systems which, although part of progressive history, are already exhausted. They will be replaced by a kind of theocracy. In this policy of God, there will be a collective awareness of the natural laws and duties of each citizen, in relation to other people, the constituted rules, nature and Creation.

Production, trade and consumption activities will gradually be replaced by fairer and more durable mechanisms aimed at meeting the needs of the population. The justice of the Eternal God, love and brotherhood will be instituted everywhere. Men will walk together, in the same sense, to reorganize life in the countries, in the face of the great destruction caused by the Apocalypse. It will be a time of difficulty, but of hope in the fulfillment of Divine plans, according to the promises of Scripture. All the evils generated by men’s ignorance of Eternal Truth and the mechanisms of Creation will disappear from the earth.

Isaiah says that in this New Jerusalem every child will die a hundred years old, showing that the scourge of premature death will no longer exist. Longevity will progressively extend through the balance of the environment and the just communion of the soul and its Creator. It will be a modern humanity, the New Jerusalem of the prophets. From then on, man will know the secrets of Creation and science will develop to an unimaginable level. False religions and doctrines of deception, idolatry, religious and political radicalism, all these evils will be eradicated from the face of the planet. “Every plant that Heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted,” said Christ.

The promised land will not only be geographical Canaan, as it was in the past, but the new humanity. There will be no political or military government. A collective lifestyle, guided by true love, equality and fraternity, according to the natural laws that govern the universe, will be everywhere. Jews, Christians, Muslims and Gentiles will all be united in one heart and thought, no longer as peoples separated by political or religious sectarianism, but as brothers.

The New Jerusalem is the symbolism of modern humanity, which will emerge after the doomsday crisis. Over time, the planet will fully develop until its civilization comes in contact with other inhabited worlds. The Eternal will show all men that nothing is outside His omnipresence and omniscience. He has done all things for men and will surely provide the means for life to be enjoyed by all without any kind of injustice or fear. The world of peace, dreamed by so many idealists, will be established forever. This is the project of the God of Israel to all men.
